The Lord Chancellor announced that a conference of the signatories of the Irish Treaty would be held in London, as requested by Winston Churchill.

Lord Hugh Cecil, speaking in Belfast, said that he found something profoundly discreditable to the Roman Catholic clergy in the outbursts of crime in Ireland.

A trade treaty was agreed in Genoa between Russia and Italy.
