It was agreed at the Genoa Conference that additional consideration of the Russian problem would be discussed next month at The Hague. America, who had declined to take part in Genoa, would be invited to the new conference.

Winston Churchill met Irish leaders amidst fears from the Irish Commercial Travellers’ Federation that unless the Dail Peace Committee could reach a settlement then trade in the country could collapse.
