The Irish Peace Conference entirely broke down and it was decided to dissolve the meeting which had been hoped to reach some agreement on the future governance of the country.

Initial documents were published at the Genoa Conference about the future of Russia, with the bulk of the text being in alignment with the British position. One of the primary areas where there was still disagreement was with how the war debts should be dealt with, with the text of this being resubmitted to the legal experts of Italy, Great Britain, France and Japan to reach agreement on.
