Andrew Pearce Appointed as Governor of Montserrat

Andrew Pearce has been appointed as the new Governor of Montserrat and will take up his new role in January 2018, replacing Elizabeth Carriere. Pearce is currently the Chargé d’Affaires in Vilnius.
