Foreign Secretary Confirms Appointment of New Ambassador to the Republic of Estonia

Philip Hammond, the Foreign Secretary, has confirmed the appointment of Theresa Bubbear as the new Ambassador to the Republic of Estonia. She will begin her new role in August 2016 and she replaces Christopher Holtby.
