David Lloyd George, the Prime Minister, had a meeting at Downing Street with Soviets Leonid Krasin and Mr Klisko in an attempt to restart trade relations between Western Europe and Russia. The British and French Governments confirmed that the Spa Conference to discuss matters including German disarmament would take place on 21 June 1920, despite numerous rumours that the date would be postponed.
